The following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases of products or services (“Products”) sold by OSHA National Safety Training, a Wyoming company with its principal place of business in Sheridan, WY, through its online store website located at https://oshanationalsafetytraining.com (the “Site”).

“You” or “Your” refers to the individual placing an order to purchase Products or Services through the Site. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Order and Acceptance

1.1. A product order submitted by You constitutes an offer to purchase under these Terms and is subject to acceptance by OSHA National Safety Training.

1.2. Any prices, Products, or Services shown on the Site are subject to availability and do not constitute an offer.

1.3. Confirmation of order receipt does not signify acceptance. Acceptance occurs when OSHA National Safety Training dispatches the Products or Services and accepts Your payment.

2. Price and Payment Terms

On-Site Training:

  • Deposit: 50% of the service fee is due before the commencement of service.

  • Balance: 50% is due upon service completion.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 10–15 business days before: $150 cancellation fee.

  • 4–9 business days before: 50% of class cost.

  • 1–3 business days before: No refund; 100% of class fee forfeited.

General Pricing Terms:

2.1. Prices are those in effect at the time of dispatch unless otherwise agreed.

2.2. OSHA National Safety Training may adjust prices and correct errors before order acceptance.

2.3. All prices are exclusive of shipping, handling, taxes, or duties.

2.4. You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes, shipping fees, and a 1.5% processing fee for online purchases.

2.5. Payment options include only those listed on the Site. Charges will occur upon dispatch.

2.6. For invoiced payments, amounts are due as stated on the invoice. Late payment may result in all outstanding amounts becoming due immediately.

2.7. No set-off or counterclaim may be applied without written consent from OSHA National Safety Training.

3. Delivery and Risk of Loss

3.1. Delivery dates are estimates. OSHA National Safety Training is not responsible for delays.

3.2. You may be charged extra for address changes after an order is submitted.

3.3. Risk of loss passes to You upon delivery or possession.

3.4. If You refuse delivery:

  • Full payment is still due.

  • OSHA National Safety Training may store or dispose of Products at Your cost and risk.

  • Storage and redelivery costs are Your responsibility.

  • Refusals beyond 30 days may result in forfeiture.

4. No Refund Policy for Online Courses

All sales of online courses and digital products are final. By purchasing an online course, You agree that no refunds will be issued, regardless of whether the course has been accessed, started, or completed. Due to the digital nature of these products and immediate access granted upon purchase, cancellations, returns, and exchanges are not permitted.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including text, graphics, logos, videos, and course materials on the Site are the property of OSHA National Safety Training and are protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Products and services are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. OSHA National Safety Training disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OSHA National Safety Training shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of the Site or Products purchased, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site or Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
